This page is for everything self-love. I am constantly preaching self-love as I believe it is essential for our happiness. Read self-help books
Believe it or not, the first time I finished a book, start to finish consistently, was like Dec 2019 and that was of course Vex King’s ‘Good vibes, Good life’. Not sure if I’ve mentioned this book already??? (review pending). I’ve never been much of a reader, even now, I still find it hard to get into the habit of reading. But, finishing that one book, made me start my self-love journey and realise how much of an impact reading can have on you.

Pamper days
My fav form of self-love has to be pamper days (aka my self-care Sundays!) This involves me pampering myself with a nice facial, bit of hair care and a manicure! During the week, we may be busy with work, house duties or whatever else. Sometimes we get so consumed in things, we don't get any down time. Therefore, I think it’s so important that we dedicate at least a day to just looking after ourselves and having some ‘me’ time.
