Wow, blogging really be harder than I thought! If you know me, you’ll know that one of my goals has been to write blogs and try make a positive difference in someone’s life.  I’ve been wanting to do this for the longest, but never had the courage or confidence. I still wouldn’t say I’m 100% confident but I have definitely grown so much in the past years and now I’m just like, why not? With 0 blogging skills don’t know how far I’ll get, but hopefully one day I’ll be the next Jay Shetty or Vex King???? (she says after writing 3647 failed attempts). But writing this post is a huge step for me and a massive achievement in itself. Any step, big or small, you take towards achieving your goals, is a big achievement. Remember, you have to start somewhere.

Another thing that has held me back from posting something is judgmental people (I’ll probably rant about them in later posts). But you know what, I’ve accepted that sadly we live in a place where people will always have something to say and make their comments, even if it doesn’t concern them, but that’s just life. We shouldn’t let anything or anyone get in the way of our dreams & aspirations. There are so many people out there who have failed, been judged, been rejected but no matter what they’ve been through, they kept going. In life we’ll face many obstacles, but it’s important we push through, especially if it means reaching our full potential and happiness.

In my blogs, I’ll mainly be writing about personal experiences that I’ve been through and learnt from - “Grow through what you go through” is honestly a vibe.

I’ll be talking about relationships, uni, friendships, insecurities and more. I know it won’t be easy but if it can help someone in any way, I’ll be more than satisfied. If not, I guess it’s a space for me to express my feelings and be myself.

Before I start with the actual posts, let me tell you a bit about myself. I just graduated from Aston University, in Accounting for Management (typical Asian girl) with a FIRST CLASS HONOURS. YASSSSS I really did that. Congratulations to anyone else who graduated during covid, was a tough year but we did it!! Currently looking for a job in finance, so if anyone knows anyone, hmu pls n thank you xxx

When you first meet me, I’m quite shy but then as soon as you get to know me (or after a few drinks) I don’t shut up and I’m probably the biggest weirdo you’ll know but I also have the biggest heart.

I have three older brothers (R.I.P to my future man) and amazing parents who have sacrificed so much for us. Shout out to mumzy and pops, you created the best thing on earth (aka me). Promise I’m not actually cocky, but self love is key.

I’ll leave everything else a surprise and keep it short and sweet (just like me). If you really want an accurate description just type my name in urban dictionary.

Lots of love,

V x
